Therapeutic Intervention
At Compassionate Connections, we embrace a strengths-based approach to therapeutic supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This means we focus on the unique abilities, interests, and aspirations of each participant, collaborating closely with them, their families, and support networks to build upon these strengths.
Our services are designed to empower participants to achieve their NDIS goals, whether it's enhancing daily living skills, increasing social participation, or engaging more fully in the community. Therapeutic supports can be provided individually or in groups, at home, in the community, or via telehealth, depending on the participant's preferences and needs.
For more information on how therapeutic supports can be integrated into your NDIS plan, please visit the NDIS website.
